Neo has served as a full-time coach at the boxing gym for the past five years, instructing various individuals in boxing techniques. His students’ needs are highly diverse, ranging from designing weight loss and body sculpting programs for both men and women, teaching boxing skills to enhance competitive performance, to fostering confidence and focus in children and teenagers through boxing training. Neo brings a wealth of competitive experience. In his first year of learning boxing, he secured three consecutive victories in rookie matches, earning him the Rookie Champion Cup for his weight class. The following year, he clinched the 69 kg weight category championship. In 2020, he represented the Hong Kong team in the Olympic qualification held in Jordan. In 2023, post-pandemic, he once again represented Hong Kong in the Ultimate Extreme Fight. Neo has achieved remarkable success in a short span, possessing a profound understanding of boxing’s essence and the ability to teach students how to meet their needs through the sport of boxing.
